Managing Director

Dr. William Hynes is a Chartered Town Planner and a Chartered Surveyor, and a founder and director of Future Analytics Consulting.

William has extensive experience providing expert advice to public and private sector clients in the areas of strategic spatial planning including at national, regional, county and local levels, demography, housing and economic analysis and forecasting that is fully integrated with spatial planning, health planning, retail impact assessment and infrastructure planning.

Stephen M. Purcell

Stephen is an ambitious and focused chartered surveyor and town planner, with a particular interest in project strategy.

Within town planning and development projects, his track record extends to securing planning permission for large scale residential (both housing and apartment) projects, commercial schemes and mixed use urban developments. Stephen has project managed multi-disciplinary teams and represented consortia from project inception through to development consent.

Stephen has coordinated national and regional forward planning and socio-economic research across a range of projects, including the Gateways and Hubs Development Index, 2013. He represents FAC across a number of European research projects and has published on topics including: the housing market, urban planning and resilience, urban energy efficiency, etc.

Michael O’Leary

Michael has more than 25 years experience as a management consultant and company director.

He is a corporate finance specialist who has advised several fortune 500 companies on strategic business decisions including investments, asset disposals, company valuations, decisions on the establishment of new facilities, cost benefit analysis studies (CBA) etc. Over the years he has gained much experience in determining the key business metrics for organisations wishing to address their business viability or wishing to determine the most effective model required to move forward.

Richard Hamilton

Richard is a Chartered Town Planner with 20 years experience in public and private sectors in Ireland and UK, covering a broad range of practice including major development application projects and strategic studies.

Richard has managed large planning applications for large residential and commercial development projects and infrastructure. His experience also includes EIA Screening, EIA Management and SEA/IIA preparation for projects ranging from Dublin Airport’s Runway, HQ Office blocks, to Light Rail, retail & apartment schemes. Richard has led Masterplan, Development Plan & Urban Design studies, & has a particular specialism in Place Management. He has prepared Due Diligence Planning Risk Assessments for significant property portfolios & site development potential viability analysis. He has acted for clients on numerous appeals & appeared as an expert witness in oral hearings and at arbitration.

Having previously worked in diverse industries in Australia, London & Dublin, Holly has in-depth experience of client account management, staff coordination and logistics operations. In addition, her project management experience has involved the coordination & delivery of a variety of complex projects across multinational organisations, working with clients from Europe, Asia, North Africa & the Middle East.
